<p>The zinc salt forms a zinc hydroxide precipitate in the cathode, which suppresses the cathodic reaction and acts as a corrosion inhibitor. The formation of zinc film is fast, but the film is loose and weak. It is usually used with other corrosion inhibitors such as zinc phosphate. Because it deposits tightly on the metal surface as soon as it settles, it is relatively strong and compact.</p>
<p>Usually, several inhibitors, like <em>HEDP</em>, DTPMP. They are used together in a certain proportion. Dilution oil cleaning temperature is 50～60°C. Heavy oils have a higher temperature of higher melting point oils. The cleaning time of the HEDP cleaning agent is related to the cleaning method.</p>
<p>According to the characteristics of the cleaning agent, the cleaning time is 2 to 10 minutes or more.</p>
<p>Cleaning methods include immersion cleaning, spray cleaning, ultrasonic and multi-stage cleaning. The cleaning process is generally: washing, rinsing, dehydration, and rust-proof treatment.</p>

<p>The glacial acetic acid reacts with phosphorus trichloride. Then to concentrate the acylation products and phosphorus trichloride hydrolysis products. Add the measured water and glacial acetic acid into the reactor and stir evenly. Add phosphorus trichloride during the cooling period. The reaction temperature should be controlled between 40 °C to 80 °C. Hydrogen chloride gas, the by-product of the reaction is condensed and fed into the absorber to recover hydrochloric acid.</p>
<p>Excessive acetyl chloride and acetic acid are condensed and returned to the reactor. After the phosphorus trichloride to join, the temperature rises to 100 ~ 130 °C. The time is 4 hours to 5 hours. After the reaction, water vapor hydrolysis was introduced. The residual acetic acid and low boiling point substance are distilled. And then get the product.</p>
<p><strong>The Second Method</strong></p>
<p>Through the nucleophilic addition of diethylenetriamine and formaldehyde. The product was esterified and neutralized with the hydrolyzed product of trichloride. And then get the product.</p>
<p><strong>The third Method</strong></p>
<p>Phosphorus trichloride is mixed with glacial acetic acid. To heat and distill them, and get acetyl chloride. And then to react that with the phosphoric acid. The products sold in the market is a viscous liquid diluted to 50% of water. Each ton of products consumes 931 kilograms of phosphorus trichloride (95%) and 591 kilograms of glacial acetic acid.</p>
<p>The <em>HEDP</em> production process adopted by IROCHEM combines many advantages of the above methods. And IRO has made further innovations and improvements. For this reason, the <em>HEDP</em> products produced by IRO are recognized by the market and clients.</p>

<p><em>HEDP</em> is not only a good chelating agent but also a good stabilizer.</p>

The main types are polyamide, polyacrylic acid, polyether, and other phosphorous polymers. Scale inhibitor is composed of organic phosphine, fine copolymer and copper corrosion inhibitor. They have excellent corrosion resistance to carbon steel, COP and copper alloys.</p>

It is well known that <em>HEDP</em> is an organic phosphonic acid scale inhibitor. It can form a stable complex with metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc. <em>HEDP</em> can remove and reduce metal ions in water very well. <em>HEDP</em> can dissolve the oxide on the metal surface.</p>
<p>It is still under 250 ℃ can play a role of good scale and corrosion inhibitor. Its acid and alkali resistance and chlorine oxidation are better than other organic phosphonic acids (salt) products. <em>HEDP</em> can form six ring chelates in water with metal ions, especially calcium ions.</p>
<p>The results show that the six ring chelates have a good effect of scale inhibition and obvious dissolution. When combined with other water treatment agents, the siX-ring chelate has the ideal synergistic effect. <em>HEDP</em> is not easy to hydrolyze and remains stable under high pH.</p>
<p><em><a href="https://www.irohedp.com/">HEDP</a> </em> is not easy to decompose under normal photothermal conditions. It is important to note that only high-purity <em>solid HEDP</em> products are suitable for use in cold winter areas.
